Activities

The Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin is a regional provider of retail banking & insurance services. Building on the strong ties forged with its local communities and defending a set of values shared with its 635,000 customers and 182,000 cooperative shareholders, it works every day to give tangible meaning to its brand promise: “Closer, More Useful.” This is the spirit in which the regional bank pursues its corporate mission of being useful to all, of meeting its customers’ expectations and satisfying their economic, social, environmental, and societal needs with a view to furthering local and regional development.
In its capacity as a universal bank, it supports all types of customers – private individuals, professionals, companies, institutions, associations, and local players – and is committed within its local communities to the combat against all forms of exclusion.

With its 1,300 employees working in 142 branches and 4 business centers in both rural and urban areas of the Limousin and Auvergne regions, the Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin guarantees a close relationship with its customers and remains attentive at all times to the needs of its catchment areas and their residents. Its ambition is to maintain a strong local presence with a network of branches and experts driven by efficiency and a winning spirit, working as closely as possible to its customers.

As a responsible and engaged corporate citizen, it pursues a resolute policy – and one that is fully integrated into its corporate strategy and governance system – in support of ongoing social, societal, and environmental transitions. This enables it to send a powerful signal and reassert its status as a company determined to assume the impact of its decisions, as a company that creates new value in its catchment areas, and one that is committed to the sustainable development of its business activities.

Sport & Patronage

The Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin is committed to creating a more enterprising and supportive society by backing local initiatives focused on culture and heritage, education and young people, economic activities, and a more inclusive practice of sport.
It supports a total of 119 associations, including 72 through sponsorship agreements, for a total budget in excess of 730,000 euros.

Being useful to sport and society at large

As an inclusive and socially responsible bank, and a key player in the economic and social life of our regions, the corporate mission of the Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin is to be close and useful to its local communities. This desire to be useful finds notable expression in its sponsorship policy focused on a key priority: inclusion through sport, the local expression of its national commitment as a Premium Partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024.

This commitment translates into support for local initiatives taken by sports stakeholders and entities active in the social and solidarity-based economy that contribute, through the practice of sport, to the well-being of their beneficiaries and to the autonomy of people who are disabled or infirm, or who come from disadvantaged social backgrounds.

Among other things, we contribute to:

  • Supporting local associations and elite athletes. We are proud to support some thirty structures and 7 local athletes as they prepare for the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024,
  • Promoting parasports in order to change people’s perception of disabilities,
  • Helping to renovate and build sporting facilities accessible to all,
  • Promoting physical activity among our employees, customers and local residents.
